Don’t let your company calendar be the last thing on your holiday to-do list.

Calendars can take a little more planning than a standard print project, especially if you’re using custom photos or artwork, or important company dates.

Before the holiday rush gets too busy, think about what you want included, who needs to approve it and when you need the finished calendars in hand.

And if you’re mailing holiday cards, giving gifts or planning a holiday event, adding your calendar project to that same schedule can help keep everything moving together.

A little planning now can make for a much smoother holiday season. 📅

Holiday cards are one of those holiday projects that can sneak up on you.

Before you know it, you’re trying to finalize your list, track down addresses, approve artwork and get everything printed and mailed—all while the rest of your holiday projects are happening.

A little planning ahead can make the process much easier. Start with your mailing date, then work backward to allow time for artwork, proofing, printing, addressing and mailing.

And if your list or design changes from year to year, now is a good time to get everything updated and ready to go.

A little advance planning can make one less thing to worry about when the holiday season gets busy.

🎁 Holiday gifts and apparel are a great way to thank your team, recognize customers and keep your company top of mind during the holiday season.

From branded apparel and drinkware to personalized gifts and giveaways, there are plenty of options to make your holiday orders feel thoughtful and on-brand.

And if you’re ordering for a group, don’t wait too long! Personalized items can take a little extra time for production, decoration and delivery.

Need help pulling your holiday gifts and apparel together? We’re happy to help you find the right options and keep everything on schedule.

Who’s coordinating your company’s holiday cards, gifts, calendars and party signage?

When those projects sit with different teams, it’s easy for each to pick up a different logo file or run on a different deadline. A shared schedule helps everyone work from the same artwork and see what needs approval first.

Start by checking production time for personalized gifts and apparel. Then add the card mailing date, calendar delivery and party date to the same plan.

Bringing it all together on one schedule helps keep your holiday projects consistent, organized and moving forward.
