How to prepare for your child’s orthodontic visit

You use it every day—but when did you last replace it? 🪥 The ADA recommends changing your toothbrush roughly every 3–4 months. Notice frayed bristles before then? It’s time for an earlier replacement. Take a look at the bristles as they wear and splay outward, your brush becomes less effective at cleaning your teeth. Check the family’s brushes tonight. When you start using a new toothbrush, set a reminder to replace it three months later.
