Your hard work and positive example make Hazel Point proud. Keep shining bright and showing us what HP excellence looks like!

Congratulations to our October Staff Member of the Month... Ms. Fitzpatrick! 🎉

Every month, our students have the opportunity to vote for the staff member who has had the biggest positive impact on their school experience. The votes are in, and Ms. Fitzpatrick's kindness, dedication, and support have truly stood out!

Thank you, Ms. Fitzpatrick for all you do to make our school a better place.

Help Us Honor Our Heroes! ❤️🤍💙

Veterans Day is just around the corner, and we would love the opportunity to recognize and honor the veterans who are part of our Hazel Point family and community!

We invite families to submit a veteran who will be featured on our Wall of Heroes display as we celebrate and recognize those who have served our country.

📅 Submission Deadline: Wednesday, November 4th

📍 Forms can be found on our school library website or in your Friday Family Update email.

Thank you for helping us honor the brave men and women who have served our country. We are grateful for their service and sacrifice!

🎃 Pumpkin Launch Challenge! 🎃

North Star 6th grade students put their creativity, problem-solving, and engineering skills to the test by designing, building, and testing their very own pumpkin catapults!

From planning and creating to launching and making adjustments, students had a blast putting their designs to the test. What a fun way to bring learning to life through hands-on STEM exploration!

Way to go, 6th graders! We love seeing you think creatively, take risks, and learn by doing!

📣 Friendly Reminder 📣

There will be NO SCHOOL on Monday, November 2nd and Tuesday, November 3rd as our teachers participate in professional development to continue growing and learning for our students!

We hope everyone enjoys the extended weekend, and we look forward to welcoming students back on Wednesday!
