Yesterday, our Director of Rehab, Mike Cole, jumped in to give one of our residents a beautiful manicure and some extra TLC. Moments like these show that caring for our residents goes beyond the everyday routine.

🎺 A wonderful Mexican Independence Day celebration at Avir at Lubbock!

We were honored to welcome the talented mariachi band from Lubbock High School for a special performance. Our residents loved the lively music and incredible talent these young students shared, making it an afternoon filled with smiles, culture, and celebration. Thank you for making the day so memorable! 🇲🇽❤️

On World Alzheimer's Day, we recognize the residents and families navigating the challenges of Alzheimer's and dementia, and the caregivers who provide patience, dignity, and compassion every day. Awareness and understanding are the first steps toward better care, and we remain committed to supporting our residents and their loved ones through every stage of the journey.

To all who observe, we wish you a meaningful Yom Kippur. As a day dedicated to reflection, atonement, and renewal, may it bring peace and clarity as we look toward the year ahead.

Our residents enjoyed an uplifting afternoon of music, prayer, and fellowship with the wonderful Lisa Merrill.

A heartfelt thank you to Lisa for generously volunteering each month to share her beautiful voice and spend meaningful time singing and praying with our residents. We are so grateful for the joy, comfort, and connection she continues to bring to our community! 🙏✨

💅 Manicure Monday brought a little extra sparkle to Avir at Lubbock!
