Our take on Earth Day 🌎

“The Mosaic” — a study of earth’s bounty — where every element is placed with intention, like tiles in a living work of art. Seasonal vegetables, vibrant colors, and delicate textures come together to honor the beauty, diversity, and quiet brilliance of nature.

This dish is a reminder of what’s important — the earth itself. When we respect it, nurture it, and let it lead, it gives us everything. Happy Earth day!

the process will always be just as important as the final product 🥕

— let’s eat.
