- Security Advisor, Senior Cybersecurity Compliance Consultant (US Remote): Lead cybersecurity compliance, risk management, security governance, and vCISO engagements for client organizations.
- IT Project Engineer II (Las Vegas, NV, Onsite): Lead technology projects, improve systems, and deliver client-focused IT solutions.
- IT Team Lead (Seattle, WA, Onsite): Manage daily operations, support technicians, and serve as an escalation point for complex client service issues
- IT Technician II (Dallas, TX, Onsite): Provide onsite and remote IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and help maintain reliable client operations.
- IT Technician I (Olympia, WA, Onsite): Support clients with troubleshooting, system updates, and responsive onsite and remote IT service.

Open Roles for Remote (Outside the U.S.)
- Senior Systems Engineer, MSP Automation (Remote, South Africa only): Optimize infrastructure, cloud platforms, backup systems, automation, and MSP tool integrations.
- Network Administrator (Remote, Philippines only): Maintain reliable infrastructure, improve documentation and processes, and support server, network, virtualization, and Microsoft 365 environments.
