THE HISTORY OF BROOKVILLE PIZZA:
Brookville Pizza (Brookville House of Pizza) was founded in 1978 by Greek immigrants, Steve and Stella Georgeakakis. The Georgeakakis children grew up in Holbrook and attended Holbrook schools. The Georgeakakis family owned and managed the store twice, from 1978 to the late 80's, and again from the early 90's until 2002. (between this time, it was owned by the Sar
