Ray's Rump Shack

The calm before the Thanksgiving storm. We will take a brief pause to let our staff enjoy Halloween stuff, & gear up for another amazing Thanksgiving!
You can still give us a call and leave a voicemail, email us, or message us on social media. Just know you will not hear back from us until next week, but we do promise to get back w/you!

Thanksgiving Menu will be posted next week when we return! We got some of the old tradition stuff, and some pretty cool new items hitting the list as well! So be looking for those very soon!

Tri Tip & Baked Potatoes for a SOLD OUT crowd! Sounds like fun!!! If you got your tickets, we will see you Friday evening to enjoy a night of celebration as more AState legends get inducted into the Hall of Honor.

We will guarantee you something….we will NEVER stake our reputation on ANY politician or politics!
You come to us for food, not to have politics shoved down your gullet.
We will also NEVER cater ANY political event of any kind. We don’t care if we get a call from the White House.
It’s or reputation, & unlike politicians we like to stay true to who we are. We cook bbq & know thats why you look to us.
We will stay in our lane!

It’s reunion season, and we got just what you need to feed all those old friends!
We’d love to help you out for your next class reunion. Just give us a call at 870-227-2006, and we’ll be happy to take care of the food so you can have more time to enjoy catching up w/friends!

It’s a great day to be at Trumann Country Club to feed our good friends out here playing in a Couples Tournament!

We are open & ready for KICKOFF!!! Come see us in the NE Corner of Centennial Bank Stadium!
Kickoff is at 6:30pm!
But you don’t have to wait to eat, because its hot off the pits right now!

We had been trying to keep it under wraps, but due to recent circumstances we are having to announce it a little prematurely.
We have a new member of our Pit Crew that will be training for a few months w/us. If all goes well, by the start of the year he will be one of our full fledged Pitologist.
Let’s wish Ryan Vaughan all the best on his new journey to becoming the next great Pitmaster!

Every Mon-Wed is breakfast w/the Arkansas State Men's Basketball team!
Everything from scratch to make sure they get their healthy fats & proteins to start their day.
They particularly love the bread pudding bourbon croissant French toast. 😜
6am practice, Breakfast, Treatment Room, then off to class.
“It’s not just bbq!” Helping fuel the Red Wolves since 2021. ❤️ 🐺 🏀
