My plan was simple. Build a beautiful life, raise my children, pursue my education, grow in my career, strengthen my faith, and create something meaningful.

But God’s plan? It came with chapters I never anticipated.

I’ve experienced love and loss. I’ve raised children, earned degrees, built a career in nursing leadership, stepped into classrooms as an educator, and discovered a creative side of myself that continues to blossom.

There were setbacks, unexpected detours, seasons of grief, moments of uncertainty, and times when I had to rediscover my own strength.

But through it all, God never stopped writing my story.

Strength In Her was born from more than a business idea. It represents the woman I’ve been, the woman I’ve become, and the woman I’m still growing into.

And as we embrace October’s theme of UNAPOLOGETIC, I’m reminded that I no longer have to shrink my story, minimize my accomplishments, or apologize for the space God has called me to occupy.

I’m still healing. Still learning. Still creating. Still growing. Still walking in purpose.

My plan had a destination. God’s plan gave me a testimony. 🩷

And the beautiful thing? He’s not finished with me yet.
