Gama Services LLC is looking for a dependable Water Mitigation / Demo Technician to join our growing restoration team.
Restoration, construction, or demolition experience is preferred, but WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, takes pride in their work, and brings a positive attitude to the job every day.
🔵 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
🔹 Water mitigation/restoration experience preferred
🔹 Construction or demolition experience is a plus
🔹 Willing to train the right person
🔹 Positive attitude and strong work ethic
🔹 Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
🔹 Dependable and punctual
🔹 Professional around homeowners, tenants, and property managers
🔹 Comfortable performing physical demolition work
🔹 Willing to learn containment, structural drying, moisture documentation, and proper restoration procedures
🔹 Takes pride in keeping company vehicles, equipment, and jobsites clean and organized

🔴 Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record required
🔹 IICRC certification is a plus, but not required
Experience with drywall removal, flooring, baseboards, insulation, containment, dehumidifiers, air movers, and HEPA air scrubbers is a definite plus.

Water damage does not always begin with a noticeable puddle. Homeowners should regularly look for brown or yellow stains on ceilings and walls, swollen baseboards, bubbling or peeling paint, warped flooring, and drywall that feels soft to the touch. Musty odors, recurring discoloration around windows or vents, and trim pulling away from the wall may also indicate hidden moisture behind the surface.

Pay special attention to areas around toilets, sinks, water heaters, appliances, windows, and HVAC equipment. When a new stain or musty smell appears, do not simply paint over it or assume it will dry on its own.
