Katia offers a vast knowledge of Italian and European traditional style as well as authentic contemporary and transitional designs. She is a respected leader in home furnishing and decor, as well as an avid promoter of home fashion toward trends and colors. Katia travels to Europe and around the world looking for the perfect, most unique pieces to complement a highly detailed interior. With a passion for restoration and lavish designs, one of Katia's most famous project includes the restoration of historic landmark Casa Casuarina in Miami Beach, once owned by legendary designer, Gianni Versace, in 2000 and 2004. She was able to maintain the elegant feel and renowned artistic flavor that dates back to 1930 when the home was first built, while incorporating the regal styling and design of when Versace owned the mansion, turning it into an Italian masterpiece. Most recently, Katia won the new TLC series, "Four Houses," taking home a $10,000 grand prize which she donated to a local charity.
