Athlas

🥋 COMPETITION DAY STARTS BEFORE YOU STEP ON THE MATS! 🔥

At ATHLAS Training Team, being prepared means more than packing your gi, checking your weight, and arriving on time.

It means showing up with the right mindset, discipline, and respect.

🏆 Winning medals is an achievement, but building character is our greatest victory.

We believe in respecting our coaches, referees, opponents, and teammates. We believe in winning with humility, losing with dignity, and supporting each other every step of the way.

And to our parents and families: you are part of our team, too! Your attitude, encouragement, and respect make a difference.

✅ SWIPE THROUGH OUR TWO COMPETITION CHECKLISTS:
1️⃣ Be prepared — What to bring.
2️⃣ Represent ATHLAS — How to behave.

💙💛 CHARACTER OVER MEDALS. ALWAYS.

Because we don't just build champions. We build martial artists.

THAT'S THE ATHLAS WAY! 🥋

🎀 OCTOBER IS BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH 💗

Strong women. Strong families. Strong communities.

At Athlas Training Team, we believe strength is about so much more than what happens on the mats.

It's about taking care of ourselves, protecting the people we love, and building a community where every woman, mother, daughter, and family feels supported. 💕

This October, we want to remind our Athlas family that your health matters just as much as your strength.

Breast cancer awareness isn't just about wearing pink. It's about education, recognizing changes in your body, understanding your personal risk, and speaking with your healthcare provider about appropriate screenings.

💗 A few important reminders:

🎀 Breast cancer can affect women of all ages, although risk increases with age.

🎀 Early detection can make a meaningful difference in treatment outcomes.

🎀 Knowing your family history and discussing screening options with your doctor is important.

🎀 Supporting someone facing cancer can be as simple as listening, showing kindness, or being there when they need you.

Our children learn from the example we set. When we prioritize health, compassion, and community, we teach the next generation what true strength looks like.

To every woman in our Athlas family, to those who are fighting, those who have survived, and those we remember — we stand with you. 💗

Because being strong isn't just about fighting. Sometimes, it's about knowing we're not fighting alone.

🎀 Together, we are stronger.

With love,
Athlas Training Team
