Down in Fort Lauderdale, Jungle Queen Riverboat turns a simple outing into one of those classic Florida experiences you end up talking about later. You board with the breeze coming off the water, the dock buzzing a little, and the city starting to fade as the boat eases into the Intracoastal. You cruise past big waterfront homes, bright yachts, palm-lined canals, and postcard views that keep you looking from one side to the other. You can catch the sightseeing ride, settle in for the dinner cruise, and take in the island stop that adds a fun old-school touch to the whole trip. The live narration, tropical setting, and easy pace make it feel relaxed without ever getting dull. Parking and boarding are pretty straightforward, the experience feels fair for what you get, and the staff keeps things friendly and organized. You step off feeling like you got a real slice of Fort Lauderdale and already know who you want to bring next time.

🚢 ENTRY NO. 3
Every legend has a starting point.
Long before generations of families boarded Jungle Queen at Bahia Mar, the story began from a much smaller waterfront corner near the Las Olas Bridge. That first location marked the beginning of Fort Lauderdale’s most treasured traditions. 🌊✨

🚢 ENTRY NO. 2
The Seminole Trading Post 🤝
Where a riverboat stop became part of the experience.
In 1935, Captain Al purchased land along the New River and created a trading post for Jungle Queen passengers to visit. There, members of the Seminole community sold handmade arts and crafts to guests.
Does anyone in your family remember visiting the trading post? Share their story below, or send us your old Jungle Queen photos. We’d love to see this history through your memories. 📸🌊
