On the cover of our Fall 2026 Issue:
LEV is the party. Loren Abramovitch and Daniel Soskolne’s “site-specific cooking” is the star of events across NYC (from fancy fashion parties to wilder Casey Hancock events) with bright, fresh, Levant-inspired fare, built from scratch, driven by instinct. And they’re not looking to settle down with a restaurant. “Same food, same room, every day,” says Abramovitch. “It’s boring.”
Also in this issue:
→ Jon Gray’s latest project Gourmega is equal parts supper club and afrocentric salon.
→ A gleaming, retrofitted Airstream kitchen is the star of chef Molly Levine’s culinary project Westerly Canteen
→ In Columbia County, the retro roadhouse Kiki’s Elizaville Diner makes its chrome comeback
