Billy Ray ~14.0HH, 10yrs old, Black, Blanket Leopard, POA/Appaloosa Gelding

You would have a hard time finding another one as cool as Billy Ray! Billy Ray has been trail ridden and hauled all over! He is an exceptional trail horse and so easy to be around. The kids have had fun taking him through the playday patterns! We even hopped on English and did low level dressage and popped him over some logs. He would be great for that little tot to learn to post the correct diagonals and show over poles and cross rails! He is a great size; easy to share with the kids and adults! Billy Ray has a nice walk, trot and lope both ways on a loose rein or on the contact. He picks up both leads, will leg yield, turn on the forehand and stop off of both reins. He will trail ride out alone or in a group, loads, trailers and unloads well, handles new places well and is great in traffic! Billy Ray is friendly, easy to catch, lead, stands tied, bathe, groom, pick feet, saddle, bridle, quiet for the vet and farrier, and stands for mount and dismount!

Josh has been-there, done-that and happy to go do it again with you! He is so forgiving with an excellent handle! He has an excellent neck rein and is perfect for a first time sorter, playday, rope or ranch, and trail horse. Josh has been heeled off of extensively and is the perfect horse for a beginner roper to learn to handle a rope and track and rope the dummy over and over, start heeling or breakaway roping! He will really take care of his rider and stays right between your reins and feet like a finished horse should! Josh has been ridden by all levels and ages of riders. He has the most comfortable gaits, sweet jog and short lope, side passes, works gates, backs up, and a great stop on whoa! He is a blast to ride, very light, quick, and responsive; but comfortable, not too touchy/sensitive. Josh is so sweet on the ground, gentle and quiet to catch, bathe, tack up, stands for mount and dismount, ties anywhere, great with other horses, hauls like a pro, and super about new places and situations.
