P&S Transportation

Eugene H. was recently pictured practicing safe habits on the job in a post from the ATA Comp Fund!

Eugene has been with us for eight months, runs out of our Nashville terminal, and works with Driver Manager Aaron K. We’re glad to have him on the team and appreciate the care he puts into doing his job safely. Keep up the great work, Eugene!

Know someone who would make a great Road Trainer?

Remember, now through October 31st, P&S drivers, contractors, office employees, and recruiting team members can earn $2,000 for referring someone who becomes an approved road trainer!

If you know someone with the experience, safety mindset, and knowledge to help prepare new P&S drivers and contractors for the road, send them our way.

Congratulations to Jonathon J. on reaching one million safe miles with MTB Transport! 🎉

Jonathon joined MTB nine years ago and has been part of the PS Logistics family since 2011. He currently works with Driver Manager Jim R. and has earned nine annual safety awards, with no accidents or claims during his time with MTB. This milestone reflects the care he puts into his work every day.

Known for his kindness and work ethic, Jonathon also enjoys sharing photos from his travels across the country. He’s a husband and father, and we’re proud to have him on our team and celebrate everything he has accomplished.

Thank you for all you do, Jonathon. Welcome to the Million Safe Mile Club! We look forward to celebrating your next milestone with you.

Another month of safety milestones worth celebrating!

Congratulations to all of our P&S drivers and contractors who received safety awards in August. We appreciate the care you put into doing the job safely each day and the example you continue to set out on the road.

Great job, everyone, and congratulations on your awards!

Intersections are one place where staying a step ahead matters.

With traffic coming from multiple directions, changing lights, and drivers making unexpected moves, things can change quickly. Watch your speed, give yourself plenty of space, and take the extra time to make sure it’s clear before moving through.

Safe habits make a difference every day on the road and around the yard. Quintin S., out of our Wichita Falls terminal, was recently observed practicing those habits by wearing his seatbelt, using three points of contact when exiting his truck, and having all required PPE on while in the yard.

Keep up the good work!

This week’s Superstar Sunday is Dorothy D.! 🌟

Dorothy was the first driver to join our Pioneer division, and she’s set a high standard from day one. She has built a strong reputation through her communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety and continues to show it each day on the road.

What we appreciate just as much is the way Dorothy looks out for other drivers. When someone needs a hand, she’s there to help. We’re grateful she’s been part of Pioneer’s story from the beginning.

Congratulations Dorothy on being this week’s Superstar Sunday!

Shoutout to Sherwayne O. from our Birmingham terminal for putting safety into practice! 👏

Sherwayne was spotted wearing his seatbelt, using three points of contact when getting out of his truck, and wearing his required PPE in the yard. Thanks for putting safety first!

Driver Appreciation Week gave us a lot of moments worth sharing! 📸

From lunches at our terminals and daily giveaways to photos sent in from the road, it was great seeing so many P&S drivers and contractors take part.

Thanks to everyone who joined in and shared a piece of their week with us. We’re grateful for all you do, and we loved getting to celebrate you!
