Wednesday, Sept 23 ➡️ City of Design talk with our UNESCO City of Design guests from Designregio Kortrijk on the future of the textile industry.

Hear from Stijn Debaillie & Daphne Renier as they dive into the Tex Design project, a unique collaboration between major industry players & emerging designers.
The talk will be held onsite at LOLO’S HOUSE amidst the Spell Blanket exhibition, which travelled all the way to Detroit from Kortrik, Belgium, a UNESCO City of Design.

Slow Roll Detroit Thursday Nights ended their signature Eastern Market After Dark ride under Shed 2, lighting up the footprint & talking Detroit bikes.

Thanks to the Gilbert Family Foundation for supporting the inclusion of a range of cultural orgs, non-profits & artists’ participation at in sheds 2+5. The evening provides an opportunity to showcase their specialties, raise funds & expand their reach.
