Sold in Gwinnett County! These clients called Jessica Randall Weeks and said, "Do you think we could be in a new home by Thanksgiving?" We dropped everything and had a meeting that evening! Going through MLS listings slide by slide helped us understand what exactly they were looking for in a dream home, and we found it just a few days later! A big thanks to Jasmine Mortgage Team for navigating this and for Peter Lopez at Ganek PC for always taking care of our clients!

Under contract on 1747 Cascade Terrace SW! Sometimes finding the right buyer for the property you have listed requires price adjustments. As the rate increases by .5% (50 basis points), that means buyer borrowing power decreases by 4.5-5.5%. What does that mean? Serious conversations with sellers helping them understand the math of a market in these changing interest rates. Want to sell? Want to understand the math? Give Jessica a call or schedule a 15-minute consultation with her! 678-876-0716

Listed just 36 hours before we were under contract. Jessica thinks it's because of the phenomenal staging she did. We think it's because she also priced it perfectly using neighborhood comps and adjusting value for the interest rates. Want to know your home's value? Give Jessica a call 678-876-0716

Under Contract on this stunning impeccably maintained home in Lilburn! My clients are being transferred to the Atlanta area, and to help make the house hunt easier, I toured multiple homes for them via video. We were able to narrow down our list to just six to see when they were in town, and then they got to spend the weekend learning more about shops, restaurants, and recreation in the area. Can I tour homes for you? Give me a call! 678-876-0716
