Cheeseburger gnocchi just hit our grab ‘n go case!

If you’ve never had gnocchi before, it’s like a pasta dumpling. We take mashed potatoes (or mashed cauliflower for low-carb) and mix it with GF flour. Then roll it out, cut it, and cook it.

Sometimes we serve it with chicken but this time we made our cheeseburger version.

It’s delicious! 😋

We smoked some pork!

Not just some, we smoked a lot of it, actually. Our commercial smoker has been working overtime these days.

We paired the pulled pork with mac ‘n cheese or broccoli ‘n cheese.

Sweet treats can absolutely be part of a healthy diets.

Moderation and portion size is key. It’s also important to use natural sweeteners like honey instead of white sugar.

Example — This bar has a layer of date caramel in the middle instead of traditional caramel.

Give our oatmeal chocolate caramel bar a shot if you’re jonesing for something sweet but also on the healthy side!

Stuffed chicken is on the menu tomorrow!

Chicken breast is stuffed with a mixture of cream cheese, poblanos, and shredded cheese, then breaded and baked.

Namken Nutrition opened its doors in October 2019 just a few months before the world shut down.

This business has brought so much joy into my life. Is it stressful? Yes. Do I crash out over it frequently? Also yes.

But educating and providing healthy alternatives to our community? It fulfills me in a way no other job ever has.
