MKH Custom Homes

Happy Halloween from our MKH family to yours! 🎃🧡

Trading house plans for candy buckets tonight with our little mermaid and her sidekick! 🧜‍♀️🦀 Hope y’all have a fun evening full of treats and sweet memories!

Old-house charm, brand-new build. 🏡 Would you build a new home inspired by homes of the past?

We believe a custom home should be designed around you.

Our in-house design process starts with getting to know you- how you live, what you love, and what you want in your future home.

We also consider the land your home will sit on- its natural features, elevation, views, and how you envision using your outdoor spaces. A thoughtfully designed home should complement both your lifestyle and the property it sits on.

From there, we turn your wants and needs into custom floor plans, elevations, and detailed 3D views.

Because custom home design is about more than square footage and finishes. It’s about creating a home that fits your family, your land, and the life you want to live.

Built with Intention.

Proud to support the Captain’s Open again this year⛳️

This organization was created in honor of my cousin, Casey Duncum, and raises funds to support Building Hope’s work in Honduras. Last year, the Captain’s Open helped make an incredible impact- with 12 homes built throughout the year. During their May mission trip alone, the team completed three of those homes plus a kindergarten building in just four days.

With each home costing about $3,500 to build, every sponsorship and donation can make a very real difference for a family.

We’re grateful to be a small part of carrying Casey’s memory forward through something that continues to serve others. 🤍

Concrete polishing is underway at this custom shop build. With a freshly painted interior and plenty of open space, this one is shaping up to be as functional as it is clean. Careful planning & attention to detail are bringing this project one step closer to the finish line. Can't wait to see the finished product. ✨

Nothing gets overlooked.

Every cabinet. Every outlet. Every built-in. Every fireplace detail.

Our design process goes far beyond floor plans. Through detailed interior elevations and 3D modeling, we carefully design every inch of your custom home before construction begins- ensuring beauty, function, and intentionality in every space.

Because the best homes aren’t accidental. They’re thoughtfully designed.
