* 🥂 River Clay Rendezvous: Friday 5–9 p.m. Enjoy food, drinks, and early art shopping. $60, including weekend festival admission.
* 🎭 The Addams Family musical: At the Princess Theatre⁠, October 23–25. Check the theatre’s website for showtimes and tickets.
* 🎃 Spook the Park: Saturday 2–8 p.m., 1110 South Bethel Road. Listed as a free family event with inflatables, face painting, a DJ, and food trucks. Trick-or-treating runs 5–7 p.m.

🏡 In the 35603 area, the median asking price was around $345,000, with homes spending about 59 days on the market.

That’s a pretty big difference right here in the same city!

And that’s why I always tell people not to rely on national headlines—or even citywide averages—when thinking about selling their home.
