Happy Wednesday - We actually have 3 soups of the week this week! We’ve switched up our usual Old Fashioned Chicken Noodle Soup for Roasted Chicken Noodle with Corn and Saffron (just this week, then we switch back). Next we have Chicken Tortilla Soup, finishing up with our Pear and Autumn Vegetable Soup (this one only comes around once or twice a year and is only available to order until for this week - don’t miss it)!

🥣 Chicken Tortilla Soup(GF):
Our version of Chicken Tortilla Soup comes upside down! You'll find the toppings at the bottom of the jar, with our richly spiced chicken soup on top. The tortilla strips come packed separately so they’re still crisp when you’re ready to eat.

🥣 Pear and Autumn Vegetable Soup(V, GF):
An elegant creamy (but vegan!) slightly sweet taste of fall! This smooth pureed soup has a touch of fresh sage blended in.

🥣 Roasted Chicken Noodle Soup with Corn and Saffron:
A delicious variation of chicken noodle soup, we roast a whole chicken to use as the base of our soup with fresh corn kernels, saffron, and our hand-cut homemade egg noodles.

Can you believe it's almost November? We are now taking pre-orders for our November 5/6 delivery, and we've got a number of great additions to our menu.

First off, a Brand New Soup! We have noticed lasagna soups all over the internet recently and came up with our own contribution to the genre. We created our luxurious version:

🥣 White Lasagna Soup with Italian Sausage, Porcini and Truffle Oil. Sage and lemon brighten it up and spinach gives it a hit of green. We stir in ricotta and Parmesan cheeses, and of course, add lasagna noodles in bite-sized bits. White truffle oil is added at the end, enhancing the porcini and button mushrooms. You have to try it!

🥣 Our second Soup of the Week is fan favorite Super Greens Soup with Lemon and Tarragon. It's a silky puree of TONS of green veggies, including kale, Swiss Chard, arugula and more. This is a great soup to have stashed away when the rich foods of the season start to overwhelm.

There are a couple more additions to our menu this week in anticipation of the coming FALL/WINTER HOLIDAYS. Our Brown Butter Apple Cake is back on the menu, and our Potato Fennel Casserole is here for your holiday table! All three of our frozen casseroles are perfect for Thanksgiving or a holiday party. Our Macaroni and Cheese and our Spinach Gratin are on the menu year-round, and this is a great time to stock up!
