I love good skincare, but I also think we underestimate how much our daily habits affect the way our skin looks and feels.

At 43, hydration has become one of my biggest priorities in my skincare routine.

When you apply your Frownies, you never want to “stretch” your skin. You’re simply holding the forehead muscles flat and keeping your face relaxed while you apply the patches.

Massage your forehead first, relax your brow, gently hold the area smooth and apply your Frownies. It does NOT have to be perfect. Just get them on.
