When you spend this much time with your work family… you HAVE to have a little fun along the way! 😂🦷 Amber and Stella bored & having fun at lunch…

Because the best teams don’t just work hard—they laugh hard, support each other, and make some pretty great memories in between. We love seeing our team enjoying the people they work beside every day! 💛

Work hard. Laugh harder. Love your work family! 🫶

Teamwork in action! 🦷✨

Behind every school photo, graduation, and special milestone is a journey that starts with one first step.

From the first consultation through every check-in, your Smile Doctors orthodontist will partner with your family to create a treatment plan that fits your schedule and your child's needs.

Because feeling ready for life's biggest moments starts long before they arrive.

Sometimes the biggest changes aren't measured in before-and-after photos.

They're the moments when your child smiles for the camera, raises their hand, or laughs without holding back.

Every child deserves to feel confident being themselves. That's why we partner with your family throughout their smile journey.

Back-to-school is about more than checking off school supplies. It's about helping your child feel prepared for the year ahead.

A confident smile can make a difference in everything from school photos to classroom presentations and everyday moments with friends.

National Align Your Teeth Day is a reminder that tooth alignment is about so much more than appearance.

One of our favorite parts of attending the Graduate Orthodontic Resident Program (GORP) each year is meeting the next generation of orthodontists.

Every resident who stopped by our booth reminded us why we're so passionate about investing in the future of our profession.

Looking for a role after residency? Learn more about becoming a Smile Doctors orthodontist here: https://smiledoctorspartners.com/careers/

Smile Doctors is once again proud to help sponsor the Graduate Orthodontic Resident Program. Join us for the Vendor Fair on Saturday, August 1, from 7:30am to 3:00pm to learn how you can fast-track your orthodontic career and enjoy instant success with Smile Doctors.

Our Director of Doctor Recruiting, Kelly Gilmour Cantrell, and our University Event and Talent Partner, Brooklyn Smith, will be in Ann Arbor to share what it’s like to grow your career with Smile Doctors and to answer any questions you may have.

Come See Us!

What a powerful afternoon. 💛

We're beyond grateful for the time spent with the inspiring Jess Sims and the incredible community of strong, driven women leaders in orthodontics who joined us for the EmpowHer Women's Orthodontic Collective.

Jess reminded us that wellness isn't a luxury — it's a foundation. Through her Take Care 10 framework, she gave us a real, doable plan to put ourselves first, so we can keep showing up for our teams, our patients, and each other. We're officially on our way to wellness. 🙌

A heartfelt thank-you to our host, Dr. Amanda Gallagher, for creating a space where connection and growth could truly thrive.

To every woman in that room — thank you for your energy, your leadership, and your heart. This is just the beginning.

🚨 PATIENT CONTEST TIME 🚨

Alright y’all…during your appointment this month— it’s time to put your guessing skills to the test 👀

We’ve filled the jar… but the real question is—
💭 WHO can guess how many are inside?!

🏆 Bragging rights + a little surprise for the winner 😏

Let’s see who’s gets the closest guess… LET’S GO 🔥

Meet Karen… one of our amazing clinicians and the true MVP of sterile 😄

While our whole team jumps in to help, Karen always makes sure sterile is running smoothly and up to standard. And if you know Karen, you KNOW one of her biggest rules…

👉 “Don’t leave O-ties in sterile!”

So for April Fools’ Day… the team decided to have a little fun 🤭

Let’s just say… sterile was FULL of O-ties today 💀

Safe to say, Karen was not amused… but we sure were 😂😂

We love a little laughter in the office — and we love Karen even more for keeping us all in line and not in a O! 💙
