Through Women's Business Enterprise Council Ohio River Valley, I've found a community that continues to support, challenge, and encourage one another.

Keeping things moving, one finishing touch at a time.

As Bindery Lead at Evolution creative solutions, Tony helps make sure every project crosses the finish line. From cutting and folding to binding and other finishing details, he keeps jobs on schedule and makes sure the team is focused where they're needed most.

His favorite part of working at EVO? Being surrounded by people who make work fun.

A few fun facts about Tony:
🎸 Born to Run: He's attended more than 20 Bruce Springsteen concerts! His wife has him beat with roughly 75, and she once even traded a Pete Rose bat for tickets.
🐾 The home crew: Tony and his wife share their home with Ella the dog and Mia the cat.
😂 Weekend plans: His favorite weekend activity? Whatever his wife wants to do!

From the finishing details to keeping the team moving, Tony plays an important role in making sure our clients' projects are completed with care and on time.

NECCO, Inc. created a passport-inspired booklet to help teens transitioning out of foster care build the skills they need for independent living.

Together, NECCO and Evolution creative solutions transformed that vision into a durable, easy-to-use resource participants can carry, write in, and reference along the way.

Our role went beyond printing. By recommending a slightly larger format and the right paper, we helped create a booklet designed around the people who would actually use it.

We’re proud to support Necco and the incredible work they do to empower young people as they build brighter futures.

You’re probably thinking about 🎃, and we’re posting about 🎄. But making the holiday season brighter for local families starts earlier than you might think!

We’re recruiting volunteer shoppers for our annual Adopt-A-Family program. Signing up now gives volunteers time to shop and our team time to collect and distribute gifts to partner organizations before the holidays.

Many families who receive gifts are in kinship care arrangements, where relatives or other trusted adults step in to care for children when their parents are unable to do so. This way, children can stay stable and connected to people they know and trust while often navigating new responsibilities and unexpected changes.

By participating in Adopt-A-Family, you can help ease the added demands families may face and make the season more joyful.
