But a seed doesn’t wait to be sure of the sun before it opens. It simply opens, trusting that it was made to grow.

Your voice is like that seed.

There was a time when I stepped into the unknown without a plan.

The human mind cannot fully comprehend the weaving of time.

Personal growth is not a straight line.

This book was not written from a place of having everything figured out. It was written from the road—the long, winding, often lonely road of becoming. From the places where I lost my footing, questioned myself, carried more than I thought I could carry, and kept listening for the smallest thread of light.

The Rebel Road is the story beneath so much of what I have lived, survived, released, and come to understand.

I wrote this memoir because I believe our lives hold meaning, even in the chapters we would never have chosen. I believe the moments that break us can also reveal us. I believe there are threads running through every loss, every detour, every unexpected sign—quietly leading us home to ourselves.
