For those who are transitioning from pregnancy to postpartum, know this:

✨Your legs are the base for your ever shifting body and should receive detailed work during your sessions.

✨That back ache? It isn’t just from pregnancy weight, or sleeping wrong.

✨ Surprised your feet hurt? I’m not.

✨ Can’t find a comfortable position when sitting, standing or lying down? This can contribute to that discomfort.

Never hesitate to ask for detailed leg work during postpartum.

Also consider connecting with a PT who specializes in perinatal care (Pelvic Floor PT is my main recommendation as part of your postpartum recovery).

Just remember that connecting the full body into your sessions is absolutely essential to thorough bodywork

Can you still receive focused work in those other areas that are aching? Absolutely!

Just don’t skip the work your body needs! It truly will make a difference 🫶🏽
