New space, new plays, and new voices worth hearing. There’s still time to subscribe and SAVE on our MainStage season!

Join us as we bring new work to life, support today’s artists, and make space for stories that spark conversation.

One of the best parts of Baker Street Beginnings wasn’t just what happened onstage. It was what happened in the audience. Thousands of students across South Florida got to experience live theatre, many for the very first time. And you never know what that first experience might spark. Through our Future PAGES Project, more students are getting the chance to create their own stories and see where their imagination can take them.

We’ve seen former Future PAGES students return to Theatre Lab to audition and become part of our artistic community. That’s what it’s all about: helping young people find their voices, build confidence, and discover a place for the arts in their lives.

We want to bring these opportunities to even more schools and students. Want to help us grow that impact? Whether you’re a school connection, potential partner, or supporter of arts education, send us a message. We’d love to connect!

Theatre Lab is proud to announce our newest initiative: In Company: Theatre Lab’s LGBTQ+ Affinity Nights!

We’ve partnered with several local LGBTQ+ focused non-profit organizations this season and, during the run of each MainStage, will be hosting special evenings designed to build deeper connections and allyship with our community. These evenings will engage beyond the stage and feature discounted tickets for partner orgs, pre-show networking receptions, and post-show discussions centered on the themes in the work.

Join us on November 10th from 7pm-8pm in the Marleen Forkas Studio One Theater for a FREE event with our partners orgs to kick off this newest program!

We’re so honored to have attended the 2026 Hats Off Nonprofit Awards at the Kravis Center last night!

Theatre Lab was one of six nominees for Nonprofit of the Year Impact in the Arts & Culture category.
What makes this recognition extra special is that nominations come from the community we serve.

Knowing that our work and mission of supporting new plays, new artists, and new audiences resonates with our community means so much to us.

Congratulations to the Palm Beach Symphony on being named this year’s honoree! We’re proud to be in such good company and grateful to everyone who continues to show up for Theatre Lab.

We are gearing up for the BAD FAITH TRILOGY!
Join us on October 29th virtually or in person for a provocative conversation about what it takes to change a mind, including your own in “How a Far-Right Candidate’s Daughter Became a Jew!”

Playwright and performer Joanna Castle Miller was raised to keep America pure, white, and Christian – until her father ran for President on a far-right third-party ticket and everything came apart. In this funny, candid discussion, she traces how a person walks out of an all-consuming belief system and finds her way, unexpectedly, to Judaism.

IN-PERSON at B’nai Torah Congregation and on Zoom. FREE for B’nai Torah members

October 29 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm | $10 for guests

VIRGINIA is the newest play in Joanna Castle Miller’s, Bad Faith Trilogy (and, technically, the beginning of the trilogy)

VIRGINIA → INFERNA → CONVERSA

Each play stands completely on its own, but together they tell a bigger story. VIRGINIA sets the arc in motion, and seeing all three lets you experience the full impact of the trilogy. With a chance to see all three in one day (12/20)

So if you’ve seen CONVERSA or INFERNA, this is your chance to go back to the beginning. And if you haven’t seen any of them? Even better.

Come experience the full Bad Faith Trilogy right here at Theatre Lab

The first MainStage of the season is actually THREE SHOWS! This December, we welcome back the amazing Joanna Castle Miller and the full Bad Faith Trilogy.

Three plays about faith, identity, and the courage to change.

December 5-20, 2026

Raised within fundamentalist Christian nationalism, Joanna was given a clear script for identity and acceptance. Joanna Castle Miller’s Bad Faith Trilogy traces the process of questioning, dismantling, and ultimately rewriting that script, culminating in a life that stands in stark contrast to where it began. Performed by the playwright in rep, this trilogy explores the lure of Christian Nationalism, the punishment of women and girls, and the playwright’s discovery of Judaism as a new way to understand the world. At a time of deepening divisions, how can we challenge the cultural and ideological forces that shape our lives and attempt to contain us? And how can we help others find their own path to a freer, more openhearted life?

After producing the world premieres of two of her plays earlier this year, we’re thrilled to welcome this incredible playwright/performer back to Theatre Lab to kick off our 26-27 MainStage season! Theatre Lab faithful will be the first audiences to enjoy the full trilogy, in the order it is meant to be experienced, before it lands on stages throughout the country (and beyond). All three shows will run in rep - beginning with the newest play, VIRGINIA, and followed by re-imagined versions of both of last season’s productions of INFERNA and CONVERSA. On Sunday, December 20th, fans of Ms. Castle Miller can join us for the unique opportunity to see all three in a single day!
