There are no wrong choices today. There are also no easy ones. 💀 Day 7 of Hell Week is here and just like that, all hell breaks loose. Pushes that test how long you can hang on, your choice to lift more or row more and burnouts waiting around every corner. Decisions, decisions. 🤭

The fire’s already burning. Time to add fuel. ⛽ Day 6 of Hell Week is Fuel the Flames, where every rep and every 3-minute challenge adds a little more to the fire. The reps keep climbing, the recovery gets shorter and the flames only get bigger. 🔥

Some things are bigger than a workout. 💗 This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re celebrating Coach Jenna, her health and the community that showed up beside her through it all.

Jenna’s Orangetheory Mt. Prospect family came together at the Lemons of Love 5K to honor her and everyone whose life has been touched by breast cancer, a reminder that the strength we build together reaches far beyond the studio.

Here’s to Jenna, to good health and to every person who has fought, supported, remembered and kept showing up. We’re so grateful to celebrate this chapter with you, Coach. 🧡
