Just back from Departure Lounge Exchange (DLX) 2026, our host agency’s annual gathering and one of my favorite weeks of the year!

DLX is a busy few days spent with some of the very best hoteliers, tour operators, cruise partners, and destination experts we work with every day. We spend much of the week across the table from them, learning what’s changed, what’s coming next, and how we can work together to take the very best care of our clients. These relationships are such an important part of what we do. We’re learning the details that matter, from which rooms to request and new experiences worth knowing about, to who we can call when our clients need something special. Having trusted partners around the world makes a real difference in the trips we plan and the care our clients receive.

When we aren’t in our one-on-one meetings, we’re sitting in on fascinating panels (including one comparing the yachts from Orient Express, Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton, and Aman!), hearing from speakers like Lauren LaForge, or catching up with some of our favorite people in the travel industry.

DLX is one of the most valuable weeks of our year. And reconnecting with so many wonderful friends and partners from around the world makes it that much more fun!

Thailand 🐘 🌺🛕 🌴💙 🌶️🚤

Bangkok - 3 days
Bangkok was full of color and culture. We visited the Maeklong Railway Market, explored the floating markets, toured the Grand Palace, and wandered around the gorgeous flower markets where we got our hair done in the trendy way the Thai ladies do.

Chiang Mai - 4 days
Our Vespa adventure was such a fun way to explore the city! We tried so many local foods and took a cooking class where we learned to make Som Tum. The Oasis Spa was another highlight - a beautiful traditional Thai spa house. And, of course, the elephants were by far the most special part of this area. We miss them already!

Koh Samui - 5 days
Koh Samui was the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the gorgeous Gulf of Thailand. We swam, had relaxing spa days, took a boat trip to Angthong Marine Park, and Vespaed around the island to charming spots like Chaweng and Fisherman’s Village.

We absolutely loved Thailand are ready to go back tomorrow!! Thailand is such a special place.

We loved putting together a trip for the Brown family for the TCU football game an Ireland!

They cheered on the Horned Frogs, experienced the iconic Adare Manor, played plenty of golf, saw the Cliffs of Moher, and enjoyed a few pints of Guinness.
