Myofunctional Therapy is the neuromuscular re-education of oral-facial muscles. Our hygienists Belinda & Madison are trained to prescribe you a personalized regimen, it's like having a personal trainer for oral fitness.
Jacob here wants you to know that doing tongue exercises can help your tongue work better and can help you breathe better!
