Happy Halloween from DNA Workshop! Our Baton Rouge, Dallas, and Richmond offices went all out for our annual costume contest - Congrats to this year's winner, Diana Luevano!

When transforming Baton Rouge's former Spanish Moon into the new TILT office, original elements were given new purpose. The upstairs bar remains a gathering space, recovered stained glass now anchors a conference room, and exposed brick and timber carry the character of the original building throughout the office.

Set alongside the Holston River, Riverside at Holston balances thoughtful site planning with resident-focused design. Buildings were positioned to preserve green views and daylight while creating clear pedestrian connections throughout the community.

Our design for the new Clifford Gardiner International Airport on the island of North Caicos draws inspiration from aviation itself, using a long, linear form to maximize both land-side and air-side functionality while supporting passenger movement. Expansive views of Flamingo Pond will help connect travelers to the island's unique landscape from the moment they arrive.
