Dynamic builds and operates workforce housing communities that give workers a comfortable, safe place to rest after a long shift. We handle every step, from design and construction through housekeeping, dining, recreation and security, so a project can mobilize quickly and keep its team well cared for.

Our communities have housed 200 to 2,000 residents, with a record of delivering on time and on budget.

Big work is taking shape along the Louisiana coast. As part of the Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority Lake Rim Drainage Project, Dynamic will dredge approximately 306,000 cubic yards of material across seven locations to create new inlet and outlet basins. The project also includes 159 60-inch steel culverts with inline check valves, helping excess water move from the Cameron-Creole marshes toward the lake while limiting backflow.

This work is being completed in a sensitive coastal environment near the Cameron Prairie National Wildlife Refuge, potential oyster habitat and active public waterways. Dredged material will be transported through designated corridors to a 66-acre beneficial-use placement area, putting that sediment to work supporting the surrounding marsh and strengthening the long-term resilience of Louisiana’s coast.

The state is projected to see a 2.7% increase in the number of new jobs between 2027 and 2028, according to the Louisiana Economic Forecast, which was presented by economist Loren Scott during the Baton Rouge Business Report’s Louisiana Business Symposium.

Today, Dynamic Group officially opened our new office in downtown St. Francisville.

The office will serve as our local base for Dynamic’s data center work in the area and for public projects across West Feliciana and the surrounding parishes.

For us, being local means more than having an office. It means hiring residents, working with local subcontractors and vendors, and keeping more project dollars in the communities where we build.

We were glad to celebrate today with local leaders, our team, and many of the subcontractors and vendors from West Feliciana and the surrounding area who are already working alongside us.

As infrastructure investments continue across the region, we look forward to helping build the infrastructure and facilities that will support the region’s future.
