Hot. Cold. Repeat. 🔥🧊
Contrast therapy is one of my favorite ways to recover, reset, and feel like a brand-new person.
✨ Why it works:🔥 Infrared sauna helps relax muscles, boost circulation, builds immunity and calm your nervous system🧊 Cold plunge helps reduce soreness and inflammation and gives you a natural energy and mood boost🔁 Alternating between the two builds resilience, physically and mentally
👟 New to it? Start here:
• Sauna: 8-10 minutes
• Cold plunge: 1–3 minutes
• 2 rounds total
• Hydrate before and after
• Breathe slowly and stay calm in the cold
• Build your time gradually as your body adapts (up to 5-6 min per round)
⚠️ If you're pregnant, have a heart condition or high blood pressure, or have any health concerns, check with your doctor first.
Who's brave enough to try the plunge? Drop a 🧊 below 👇
