SMOKED KOREAN-STYLE RIBS

Here’s a little peek at what’s coming to this Saturday!

These ribs are marinated overnight in a Korean-inspired marinade made with gochujang, soy sauce, mirin, honey, brown sugar, fresh garlic, ginger & sesame oil — then slowly smoked until tender, caramelized, and coated in that beautiful sticky glaze. 🔥

👀 Something new is coming… maybe.

We had a few leftover ingredients after prepping for this weekend’s BBQ sale, so we decided to recreate a recipe that our mom used to make.

She used to deep fry these bacon-wrapped egg roll stuffing bites, but we thought… what if we smoked them instead?

After hours in the smoker, we finished them with a sweet, sticky glaze, and the result was something delicious! 😋
