A session is an opportunity to settle in, listen, and experience the sounds created by instruments played by hand.

Everyone's experience is different. You might notice relaxation, emotions, memories, or simply the beauty of the sounds themselves. There is no right or wrong way to experience it.

🔔 So, what exactly is sound healing?

Think of those moments when a favorite song moves you, the sound of ocean waves calms you, or a gentle melody brings a memory rushing back.

Sound has a remarkable way of influencing how we feel and experience a moment.

In a one-to-one sound healing session, I use hand-played instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, drums, and tuning forks to create an immersive listening experience.

There is nothing you need to accomplish, fix, or figure out. You simply have an opportunity to pause and receive.

💜 One of the things I love hearing from clients is how deeply relaxed they feel after a session. Some have shared that they leave feeling free of tension and stress, as though they've finally had a chance to quiet the outside world and simply be.

Every person's experience is unique, but creating a peaceful space where you can slow down, let go, and reconnect with yourself is at the heart of what I offer.

Sound healing is a complementary wellness practice, not a substitute for medical care.
