Located on the scenic Turnagain Arm 20 minutes South of Anchorage and 10 miles North of Girdwood.

Five Studio Units for an all winter season commitment is 1200$ monthly with a 600$ security deposit, preferably October-April. Cleaning supplies in laundry room
Month by month will be 1600$ includes weekly cleaning
Studio Units includes furnishings (single queen, single full or 2 full beds) all utilities, cable, TV Wi-Fi, dumpster and laundry facilities on site. Max double occupancy.

Pot holes be gone, getting ready for the next season did an absolute great job of delivering what I asked for…job was completed in a timely manner, started a day earlier and finished the same day 💯 👍
