The Susquehanna Symphony Orchestra, a non-profit community orchestra, serves the Harford County comm All are musicians with a passion for classical music.

The Susquehanna Symphony Orchestra musicians are your friends, neighbors, and co-workers from all around the region. Some are doctors, nurses, police officers, soldiers, homemakers, scientists, engineers, business men and women, teachers. Every year, the SSO performs four concerts in its subscription series, a chamber music concert, and an outdoor "pops" concerts. The orchestra has performed in St

The SSO is seeking a horn player on an as-needed basis. Perhaps someone has moved into the area who is looking for a music-making outlet. Or a horn player is looking to get back to playing. Kindly message us on FB.

🎶 Just a small-town girl… just a city boy… 🎶
Vocal soloists Benjamin Gonczi and Sarah Wojcik rehearsed with the SSO and we are so excited for them to share the stage with us!

They will sing some tunes from Journey, Neil Diamond, and more at the Fundraiser Concert at Hopkins Farm Brewery in one week - Tuesday, June 2nd. (Rain date is Tuesday, June 9.)

Taking the podium as our guest conductors for our Fundraiser Concert: Tim Reinhardt and Brian Folus! Here are pictures of them from a recent rehearsal.

Both have been part of the SSO family for a long time: Tim played for many years in the orchestra - and his mom Dolly is still our principal flutist! He now teaches orchestra at Atholton High School in Howard County. Brian is our principal bassist and often guest conducts.
