📢 JOB OPPORTUNITY: SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER

TOFCO is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead the planning, coordination and ex*****on of complex offshore construction and fabrication projects.
This senior-level role requires a highly capable engineering professional with mandatory offshore project experience who can independently manage technical deliverables, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the ex*****on of major project work packages, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, cost and quality objectives.
• Manage engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes and industry standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, HSE, Quality, clients and subcontractors to ensure seamless project ex*****on.
• Monitor project progress, analyze performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Facilitate technical reviews, constructability assessments and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
• Develop work plans, schedules and material forecasts with project controls and planning teams.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including RFIs, MTOs, work packs, scope clarifications and closeout reports.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous improvement.
• Uphold TOFCO’s Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) standards and company policies.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle, project controls and contract ex*****on.
• Excellent planning, coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, continuous improvement and engineering best practices.
