At Voronoi Literacy Centre, education extends beyond the classroom. Through the VLC Internship Programme, young people are given opportunities to experience the world of work in a supportive environment where they can develop practical skills, strengthen responsibility and professionalism, and discover how their individual abilities can contribute meaningfully to an organisation.

Our internship briefing sessions are an important part of that process. They allow us to sit with each intern, review expectations, establish goals, discuss responsibilities and identify meaningful areas in which they can learn, grow and contribute.

It is not simply about assigning tasks.

It is about mentoring young people as they learn to navigate the workplace, build confidence and prepare for their next steps.

At VLC, we believe that when young people are given appropriate guidance, real responsibilities and opportunities to develop, workplace exposure can become an important part of their educational journey.
