HFCC Alumni Representing the Youth!

Today, we proudly highlight two of our HFCC alumni, Nadeje Blake and Kaleb Toby, representing UWI Political Society and Global Shapers Port of Spain respectively, who participated in the Youth Budget Talks hosted by the Parliament of Trinidad and Tobago for the 2026/2027 fiscal year. 🇹🇹

The Youth Budget Talks provide an opportunity for young people to share their views, voice their concerns, and propose solutions on matters affecting our country’s economy and future. Through discussions with a panel of senators and moderators, these young people get the opportunity to contribute to important national conversations and ensure that youth perspectives are heard.

We are proud to see our alumni taking an active role in these discussions and representing their respective institutions. 👏🏽

Congratulations, Nadeje and Kaleb!

A day to appreciate the people behind the lessons, the memories, and the moments that stay with us long after the school year ends.

Happy Teachers’ Day! 🍎❤️

Celebrating 50 Years of Friendship, Memories & Sisterhood!

To the Class of 1976, congratulations on reaching this wonderful milestone! May the laughter, memories and fellowship shared at your Golden Reunion be treasured for years to come.

From one generation of the Holy Faith family to another, we celebrate you and the special place you continue to hold in the story of Holy Faith Convent, Couva.

FROM HFCC TO THE GLOBAL STAGE — KOREA 2026! 🤍

Holy Faith Convent, Couva proudly celebrates A***n Seechan (U6:2) and Jessana Ramoutar (U6:3), who are members of Team Trinidad and Tobago heading to the 2026 FIRST Global Challenge in Incheon, Republic of Korea!

The FIRST Global Challenge is an Olympics-style international robotics competition that brings together high-school-aged students from across the world to compete, collaborate and use STEM to address real-world challenges. The 2026 competition will be held 7–10 October 2026 and is expected to unite teams from more than 190 countries.

This year’s theme, “Igniting Innovation,” focuses on wildfire prevention, mitigation and recovery. Teams are challenged to design, build and programme robots using a standardised kit of parts, applying engineering, creativity and strategic problem-solving to a simulated environment inspired by the challenges posed by wildfires.

For A***n and Jessana, participation represents an extraordinary opportunity to apply their STEM knowledge beyond the classroom, work alongside young innovators from around the globe and experience international collaboration at its best.

Their selection also reflects the spirit of the holistic HFCC student — curious, innovative, collaborative and prepared to embrace opportunities that extend far beyond the classroom.

Congratulations, A***n and Jessana! As you prepare for Korea, the entire HFCC community celebrates this remarkable achievement and wishes Team Trinidad and Tobago every success.

Carry the Red, White and Black and the Maroon and White with pride as you take your talents to the world!

Innovate. Collaborate. Inspire.

HFCC REPRESENTED AT THE 23RD NATIONAL YOUTH PARLIAMENT

Holy Faith Convent, Couva is proud to recognise Adaya St. Cyr, who is representing our school as part of the 23rd National Youth Parliament of Trinidad and Tobago – Cohort 2026.

Adaya joined 40 young people from more than 30 institutions across Trinidad and Tobago for the Orientation Session at the Office of the Parliament, marking the beginning of an exciting journey in youth leadership, civic engagement and national development.

The National Youth Parliament provides young people with a valuable opportunity to develop their voices, engage with issues of national importance and gain meaningful insight into parliamentary processes and democratic participation.

Adaya’s participation reflects the spirit of the holistic HFCC student—one who embraces opportunities beyond the classroom to learn, lead, serve and contribute meaningfully to society.

As she begins this journey, the HFCC community extends its congratulations and best wishes to Adaya. We look forward to seeing her grow through this experience and proudly represent Holy Faith Convent, Couva.

Congratulations, Adaya! Continue to let your voice, leadership and commitment to service shine.
