Met with the amazing a very senior chef, and an inspiration. Was such a pleasure meeting her, so passionate full of life and energy....and we got to make cheese together and had a nice chat....someone to look up to.....something to aspire to....what a day it has been....beautiful in every way.....thanks to my school that aspires to give us the very best education...

It's my 40th, and in celebration of such a milestone, staying true to what I have dedicated my life to do, I am embarking on training 40 deserving women on my craft.

This training is special because it's going to be tailored to simple income generating skills that require very little capital, but it would get you out of the house and off the streets. It will change these women form being dependent on earning money for themselves.

So do you know a woman who can benefit form this?? Then, write a letter of recommendation for her, including her name and number, and tell us why you think we should give her a slot.

At the end, these women will be shortlisted by people I trust, and the most deserving 40 will be the ones I would train.

Please note!!! YOU CAN NOT APPLY!!! You can only recommend someone....you can not recommend yourself!!!

Send all applications to: Little Lamb Limited
