A. M. Moochhala and his son, S. A. Moochhala, recently visited MUTOH’s Suwa factory in Japan, meeting Takeshi Namiki-san, Factory Manager, and Koji Yamakuma-san from MUTOH’s IBD Sales team.

The visit brought back a shared history that began when the group’s founder, M. Y. Moochhala, started doing business with MUTOH in 1965—eight years before the Suwa factory opened in 1973.

From precision drafting machines that supported the architects and engineers shaping Singapore and Malaysia from the 1970s through the 1990s, to MUTOH CAD and graphics plotters and today’s digital printing technology, our journey has evolved alongside the industries we serve.

Through it all, one commitment has endured: Made in Japan quality, accuracy and dependable performance.

Our thanks to Namiki-san and Yamakuma-san for their warm hospitality and for sharing MUTOH’s manufacturing heritage.
