One thing about setbacks is that they can make you stronger.

At the Inspiring Women, Empowering Journeys event, we were honoured to welcome Guest of Honour Choo Pei Ling 朱佩玲, Member of Parliament for Chua Chu Kang GRC, alongside an inspiring panel of speakers – Paralympian, Nur Syahidah Alim, actress and entrepreneur, Jeanette Aw, and Director of Corporate Affairs and Engagement, L'Oréal TR Asia Pacific, Isabelle Lim – who shared their experiences navigating life’s challenges and their respective careers.

Participants also learned ways to self-care and celebrate movement, on top of making a difference for the environment.

While every journey towards empowerment looks different, there is always room to learn, grow and discover more about ourselves.

A recent survey done by the PA showed that 47% of women want a safe space to connect over causes close to our hearts!

And that is exactly what the PA Women’s Collective is about – bringing women together to connect, share ideas and take action on the causes that matter to us and the community.

Whether it’s supporting caregivers, building resilience in our youths, empowering women, championing the environment and sustainability or caring for animals, there is something for everyone.

Because sometimes, all it takes is finding the right people to turn a shared passion into meaningful action.
