Our fishes are guaranteed 100% fresh and organic as we fed our fishes with fresh baits caught from our lift net and not pallet food. Our fishes do not have any fishy or muddy taste as we rear it in the seawater that we called "moving water". We passed and certified by AVA that our seafood are safe to consumed.
