house

23/08/2026

Every week, guests staying next door at Sari Gumitir ask us the same question:
"Is there a house here we can rent?"

That's not a pitch. That's real demand, from real people, standing on the site — before we've even run a single ad.

Here's what we built to answer it: Tabanan Residences. A finished, furnished house on its own land, ready to rent from day one.

→ $79,000 — house + 5-are plot + delivery + installation + full furniture, one contract
→ 30-year leasehold, extendable
→ Rental management at 15% — below Bali's typical 20–25%, fully legal
→ Only 6 houses in this project. 5 remain.

We're not selling a promise. We're selling a house that already has people asking to rent it.

DM us for the full package — price, layouts, and the numbers behind the rental potential.

We live in a strange time.⁣
There are more opportunities than ever, yet clarity has become rare.⁣
⁣
Most people operate with the same core resources: time, attention, and energy.⁣
The problem isn’t scarcity — it’s that these resources are almost never spent on themselves.⁣
⁣
Cities, noise, obligations, consumption, maintaining things and images.⁣
Even rest often turns into another task on the list.⁣
At some point entertainment stops working, familiar formats lose meaning, and an honest question appears:⁣
what do I actually need?⁣
⁣
Maybe the answer lies in a different format:⁣
less noise, more real life.⁣
Spaces where you can live or rest properly, work, think, recover — without excess pathos or status games.⁣
⁣
That’s exactly what we’re doing now 👇⁣
We’re building a scalable model for producing and selling high-quality modular homes with low cost efficiency.⁣
⁣
This is not about “houses for pictures”.⁣
It’s a working system:⁣
— B2C: homes for living⁣
— B2B: developers, retreat projects, glamping hotels⁣
— investment formats: pools, shares, joint projects⁣
— next step: a platform for property and rental management⁣
⁣
Here, a house is not the goal — it’s a tool.⁣
A tool for life, focus, investment, and flexibility.⁣
Without being locked into a single сценарий.⁣

Indonesia: Beyond Rentals and Tourism — Agribusiness, Sustainable Farms, and Eco-Living⁣
⁣
Indonesia is often seen through the lens of beaches, tourism, and short-term rentals. These sectors are active and visible, but they represent only a small part of what is really happening in the country. When you look deeper, Indonesia reveals a far more layered and evolving economic landscape.⁣
⁣
In recent years, agribusiness has moved from the background into a strategic position. Agritourism, organic farming, and socially driven agricultural projects are developing into sustainable business and lifestyle models. In regions such as Lombok, Java, and Sumatra, farms are emerging where visitors do more than just observe — they participate, learn local practices, and engage with the land. For farmers, this creates diversification and resilience; for visitors, it offers meaningful experience rather than surface-level consumption.⁣
⁣
Alongside this, Indonesia continues to strengthen its role as a major producer of rice, coconuts, coffee, spices, fruits, and vegetables, with growing attention to quality, export standards, and sustainable supply chains. Agriculture here is increasingly connected to education, community development, and long-term value creation.⁣
⁣
Within this context, eco-homes naturally take shape — not as a design trend, but as a functional part of the system. A home is no longer just an asset for resale; it becomes part of the environment. Climate-adapted architecture, local materials, efficient use of resources, and integration with the landscape are essential. Eco-homes work organically within agritourism projects, retreat spaces, sustainable communities, and small hospitality formats.⁣
⁣
Indonesia today is more than tourism and rentals. It is a market searching for balance between growth and sustainability, global demand and local ecosystems. For investors and entrepreneurs, this means looking beyond conventional models and focusing on projects that create long-term value, relevance, and resilience.⁣
⁣⁣
For those looking at Indonesia as a market for investment or project development, this means thinking broader:⁣⁣
— beyond short-term rental models;⁣⁣
— with attention to agricultural and sustainability trends;⁣⁣
— grounded in real local processes;⁣⁣
— focused on long-term value and community benefit;⁣⁣
— and treating experience, participation, and purpose as part of the asset.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Indonesia is a market in transition and maturation. Those who see it not only as a place for quick returns, but as a system, gain access to far more sustainable and meaningful opportunities.⁣⁣
