Our partnership with Nestlé Vietnam continues to bring new approaches to early-career recruitment.

For Nesternship Vietnam, candidates went through The Talent Games’ gamified assessments and C-Factor AI’s pre-recorded video interviews.

Vietnam became the first market in the AOA region to use this AI-based interview format.

Through its partnership with The Talent Games, Pakistan International Airlines is using 𝗖-𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗜 to support its 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 2026 journey, from AI-based candidate screening with Aly to assessment centre support with Kai.

Assessment centres have concluded in Lahore and Islamabad, with Karachi next. Aspiring cabin crew members are experiencing a technology-driven assessment process as part of PIA’s selection journey.
