Please note that the previous author-system address, ̶h̶̶t̶̶t̶̶p̶̶s̶://̶n̶̶e̶̶p̶j̶.̶o̶̶r̶̶g̶/̶i̶̶n̶̶d̶̶e̶̶x̶.̶p̶̶h̶̶p̶/̶o̶j̶̶s̶, will no longer be used and will be redirected to the new author platform at 𝐡𝐭𝐭𝐩𝐬://𝐧𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥.𝐧𝐞𝐩𝐣.𝐨𝐫𝐠/𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐱.𝐩𝐡𝐩/𝐨𝐣𝐬.

The new platform was established following a hard reset and security restoration undertaken to address technical issues and remove potential malware that may have contributed to the recent system disruptions.

Due to the previous technical issues with the NEPJ Online Journal System, some editorial communicationsincluding manuscript decisions, revision requests, and reviewer feedbackmay not have been successfully delivered to registered email addresses, particularly for manuscripts submitted for the December 2026 issue.
