Steven Morodu is the Secretary of the Real Estate Industry Association of Papua New Guinea (REIA PNG) and the General Manager of OPH, a subsidiary of Nambawan Super that owns and operates the iconic Nambawan Super Plaza in Port Moresby’s CBD. With extensive experience in commercial property management and operations, Steven brings strong leadership and strategic insight to both roles. Mike Quinn is the President of the Real Estate Industry Association of Papua New Guinea (REIA PNG) and the Managing Director of Professionals Lae Real Estate. As the founder of REIA PNG, Mike has been instrumental in shaping Papua New Guinea’s real estate industry, championing ethical practice, professionalism, and industry-wide training. He established Professionals Real Estate Lae in 1990 and later led the expansion of the Professionals network across Papua New Guinea, with offices and agents operating nationwide. Asigau Mortgage Brokers joins the nation in commemorating the public holiday gazetted for Thursday, 23 July 2026 – Remembrance Day.

On this solemn day, we honour and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to Papua New Guinea and the cause of peace. We reflect on the sacrifices made during the First and Second World Wars, as well as the service and contributions of Papua New Guineans and others who have participated in subsequent military, peacekeeping, and humanitarian engagements.

Remembrance Day is an opportunity for the nation to pause and acknowledge the courage, resilience, and selflessness of those who served, those who continue to serve, and the families and communities who have carried the burden of their sacrifice.
