Dominic Sainsbury founder of wellness golf
I have been playing golf for over 30 years and worked in the industry for the past 28 years (25 years as a PGA professional). What I have learnt over that time is that golf offers us an enriched life through the great people that you meet and the sense of belonging, the low impact exercise involved in playing and practice, uplifting spiritual and emotional feelings through the connection with the beautiful outdoor green spaces and constant learning involved in playing this great game. Our coaching programs are specifically designed to help you enjoy your golf more with the pillars of wellness underpinning what we do, join me as we aim to help you achieve your goals and improve your quality of life through golf. Let me help you learn and develop better ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your goals. Get in touch today to see what I can do for you.

Well team, that’s a wrap for Term 3 Golf! ⛳️
What a huge term it has been! There have been so many highlights for me, but one of the best things has been seeing the friendships grow, the smiles get bigger, and the confidence in all of you continue to develop.
Term 4 kicks off on Sunday 11 October and runs through to Sunday 13 December.

Anyone keen to join me on a little self imporvment experiment?
Committing just 18 minutes a day to a single skill for a year totals roughly 100 hours, which Jesse Itzler claims can make you better than 95% of the world's population in that discipline.
The Rule of 100 Explained - The math: Spending 18 minutes daily adds up to about 100 to 109 hours per year.
The time investment: This amounts to only 1.2% of your total available time in a year. The core philosophy: “It's not about committing every second of your day to a discipline. Instead, it's about consistent, manageable dedication.”
Why Consistency Matters Over Intensity
Compound effect: Small, daily, uninterrupted repetitions compound massively over time compared to sporadic, long sessions.
Realistic goals: You won't become an Olympic athlete or a world-class virtuoso, but you will comfortably surpass the general population's skill level.
Application: You can apply this method to learning a language, playing an instrument (I am going to learn the Guitar), exercising, your golf swing, putting, chipping.
I am going to have a go at this, your 18 minutes has to be focused with good technique, comment below if you are keen, only 18 minutes a daily.

Came across this quote today, golf offers so many great friendships, takes us to amazing places and is true bliss, enjoy this beautiful day
Professor and writer Joseph Campbell on following your passion:
"If you do follow your bliss, you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while, waiting for you, and the life that you ought to be living is the one you are living. When you can see that, you begin to meet people who are in your field of bliss, and they open doors to you. I say: follow your bliss and don't be afraid, and doors will open where you didn't know they were going to be."
